Women of Connections Ministry offers volunteer and internship opportunities that help participants build professional, technical, and leadership skills. Through hands-on projects and community service, participants gain real-world experience, strengthen career readiness, and grow skills that support long-term success.
Over 1,000 students served, 790+ NICU baskets delivered in 17 hospitals, 6,200+ verified community resources across 22 Virginia counties, and 200+ volunteers and interns who have helped make this impact possible.
Who Can Apply
People of all ages, including all students, native-born and international students on OPT and CPT, those needing school community service hours, and anyone seeking to make an impact through service and career advancement. All are welcome!
Volunteer Opportunities
Serve in meaningful volunteer roles as an adult volunteer, student volunteer, group volunteer, corporate team member, or community service participant. Participants who complete the required hours and meet the agreement terms may also qualify for an internship award.
Internship Opportunities
Gain hands-on experience through internship roles that support community programs and strengthen transferable skills. With both remote and in-person opportunities reaching 5 continents and over 22 countries, participants also receive a professional developement certificate upon completion.
