Mentoring Reading Program Administrative Coordinator - Intern

Description:

The ideal candidate for the administrative Coordinator position will be tasked with ensuring the volunteers are supported by making sure lesson plans and equipment for the program are readily accessible, ensuring snacks for the program are present every program, check in and check out each student, keeping a log of their homework and achievements, follow up with the students guidance counselor at their school to ensure our program is working, and finally keep track of the financial expenses of their station. The coordinator along with community mentors provide reading academic support, and encouragement to students. Weekly meetings will be held with the Program Director.

Work Hours: 10+ hours/week

Location: Virtual and/or Richmond, VA

Day: Sunday and any other day of the week

Summer Camp Administrative Coordinator

Description:

As an assistant camp director, you will be the go-to person for all things related to camp. Your job will include many responsibilities, all with the goal of creating a memorable and meaningful camp experience for your campers. Our Assistant Summer Camp Directors have real ownership over their camp programs and enjoy infusing their own creativity and talents into their weekly schedules. As you manage campers, their families, logistics, your small staff team and other camp happenings, the ideal candidate responsibility will also include being accountable for the overall management of the program,  staff training, site and resource organization,  personnel management, program development and health and safety management the company policies.  You will be truly supported by the Executive Director and the Board of Directors Year-Round Office all the way.

Community Health Program Coordinator

Description:

Our Mentoring Reading Program’s Community Health Program Coordinator is a skilled, resourceful, and caring individual whose primary responsibilities include the care, coordination, and collection of student medical records, including annual eye and reading exam results.

Description:

The goal of the Social Media Intern is to achieve engagement and intimacy, website traffic, and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.  The Applicants are requested to have detailed knowledge of all social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and relevant blogs. The specialist will help establish best practices to optimize company presence on all channels and share information to stay competitive in the social media universe. WoMen of Connections Ministry is looking for a skilled web developer who will be responsible for developing and/or designing websites for our organization. Website Maintenance/First Level IT Support Intern

Description:

The intern will be involved in web programming to help integrate updates, content, and troubleshoot WoMen of Connection website according to established standards.  They will assist the social media intern to ensure a coherent image of the organization across websites and social media. Website maintenance will help develop and integrate new resources the organization may provide. Under direct supervision, installs, maintains, tests, and repairs systems and networks. They will utilize basic technical knowledge to support IT initiatives and provide first-level technical information systems support to the organization community and resolve routine technical problems. They may also be tasked with training student volunteers.

Description:
